Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

In Caleta de Fuste, 8 minutes from the airport, this superb one-bedroom accommodation in a residence awaits you for a dream stay. You can relax on your private terrace overlooking the community garden. Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is a renovated apartment, inside an old building, thus providing character and a good location. It is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, or using it as a base to explore this beautiful island.

The bungalow is 98 m² and has just been extensively and very high-quality renovated. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen and is very tastefully furnished.
