Modern self catered 20m2 studio ski apartment has a double mezzanine bed, sofa bed + option of a single futon for very small children, kitchen, shower room, wifi, lovely views, south facing balcony, approx 8 mins walk to Morzine centre & Super Morzine telecabine, giving access to the vast Portes Du Soliel ski and mountain bike area, as well as local bars, restaurants & shops. The studio is ideal for a couple or 2 friends but also possible for a small family & can sleep up to 4 if necessary.

Direct access to the Parc des Sports des Dérêches (swimming pool, tennis courts, equestrian center, health course, convention center, ice rink, adventure course etc...) For mountain biking or walking, the Super Morzine gondola lift is 200 metres from the accommodation. Ideally located in the center of the village, all shops, bars and restaurants are accessible without a vehicle. An uncovered private parking space is available.
