Small cottage with hot tub

Small 40 m2 cottage in a very quiet area but close to the center of Morzine, 5 min walk from the town hall. 1 bedroom with 150 x 200 bed. Mountain corner with 2 bunk beds of 70 x 190. Sofa bed with 160 x 190 mattress. Terrace and hot tub. Bus stop is 100 meters away, 3-minute walk. There are 2 stops at equal distance from the chalet: "La Salle" or "Le Pont aux Filles", line D. There is a bus every 30 minutes, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the plenary.

Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. It is a very private space which is not overlooked and is south facing, so it gets plenty of sunshine. The view is uninteruped over the woodland in front of the chalet. The chalet sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms all of which have private bathrooms.
