Our family holiday home is located on the shores of Lake Geneva in the private and guarded domain of Coudrée, in a quiet area at the end of an alley. A natural garden surrounds the house with groves of boxwood, century-old oaks and pines. The land is fenced. The area is perfect for swimming in Lake Geneva (3 private beaches including one 5 minutes walk from the house), cycling, a walk in the Guido nature reserve, fishing or sailing on the lake.

This elegant accommodation is perfect for your family or group of friends vacation. Located between Geneva, Annecy and the ski resorts, our house will offer you a comfortable and relaxing base to recharge your batteries between your visits: swimming pool, sauna, billiards... This is our main residence in which we live daily with our children; it is an old 19th century boarding house, completely renovated in 2023.

Between lake and mountains! The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a 2-apartment villa and has a large private terrace in a quiet area. You can easily reach the lakefront (3.5 km) on foot or by bike by taking the bike paths along the Rhône. The villa is the perfect base for hiking, discovering the unmissable Lake Taney or going to the top of Grammont. We provide bicycles for free.

Our house "Moulin de Corzent" is located 100m from the "Champ de l'eau" beach of Lake Geneva. (swimming/pedalboat-paddle-canoe rental/restaurant/refreshment bar) It has a large 500m2 garden with plenty of space to eat or rest. In winter, the first ski resorts are 25 minutes away. This house has the charm of the old with modern comfort. Vacationers appreciate its authenticity.
