Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and taverns... In summer, our village is a paradise! A true cocoon, the wood stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

This bright house of 60 m2 is located 350 m from the town hall square, 1.3 km from the SNCF station, 150 m from the cathedral and the museum. For a leisure or professional stay, take advantage of its interior courtyard, its large bedroom with a 180cm bed and all its amenities.

For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.
