Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Great views of the beautiful garden-from every room. 5 minutes walk and you are in forest and meadows. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available for removing pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many many books. Due to the proximity to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and only 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, you can also take excursions to the surrounding cities and the vibrant metropolis.
