Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Mothers Beach

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything with a secure parking structure, which was a huge bonus. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the host was excellent. The only minor downsides were some late-night street noise (a woman was screaming outside one night), and the kitchen didn’t have a baking sheet, which made it tricky to use the oven. Still, we felt safe the entire time and would definitely stay here again!

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. A stay at this location should be the standard for all airbnbs! Absolutely wonderful location and decor, it was easy to feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. I felt extremely safe and the walkability in downtown Santa Monica can’t be beat. Joe was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and the checkout was standard to a hotel. Other airbnb’s could take a lesson in the friendly demeanor, clean facility, clear instructions and stress free checkout. Highly recommend!

The building was not what I had anticipated from the cover photo, which showed a chair and table in front of a window with an ocean view in the background. It’s definitely a large, somewhat industrial complex. However, Alex was an exceptional host. The apartment, though undecorated, had everything we needed and was comfortable. The location was a bit confusing to get to, but thanks to Alex’s excellent video, we found our way. We were about two miles from the marina. It was an ideal condo for five people. I highly recommend it for groups. It offers a great value for money.

Maka is very responsive and was helpful on suggestions. The location is great, peaceful for most of the stay, we pulled all blinds down for privacy, the complex is very safe, it's walkable to the Pier and shops and attractions 15mins walk. You can have an early check in for a fee & if available- Maka is a great host and dealt with our questions pronto, me and my son had a good stay, it's cosy with a full kitchen, didn't cook but when I looked I found that you could cook whatever in there. Thank you Maka!

Out of all the places I have stayed at, Kelsey’s is the only one where I felt really sad to leave. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, the soaps smelled so good that I’m going to purchase some for myself, and the view is insane. The kitchen was surprisingly stocked. It had everything you could need. The cabinets were labeled, making it very easy to locate what you need to cook your own meals. I was extremely comfortable there and would love to stay again in the future.

I had another fantastic stay at Kathy’s Airbnb! The drive along Corall Canyon offers stunning views of the ocean, Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island. Kathy’s home features incredible sunrise views, with gentle morning fog below. The open layout connecting the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Kathy is a wonderful host, always responsive to my needs. If you’re seeking a serene getaway with gorgeous vistas and a lovely host, I highly recommend this place!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. Toni’s place deserves every five-star review. Not only clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, and aesthetically appealing, all the thoughtful “little” things were available. There was cold water and snacks, a well-stocked kitchen for meal prep, games for kids, towels for the beach, ample outlets, power strips, and even a basket of charging cables. The appliances and furniture were high quality (quiet fridge, comfortable beds). It was a relaxing and peaceful haven to return to after daytime adventures- everything I look for in an AirBNB experience. Toni was very easy to communicate with- easy going, approachable, and not the least bit intrusive. Thank you for sharing your space with travelers.

This place is incredible; the structure is so cool, the views and light are out of this world, it's private, somehow spacious and cozy, and has everything you need. Heather made everything super easy and can't recommend the place highly enough. Hope to stay here again soon.

A magical stay in the heart of nature The Butterfly House is an absolute gem. Surrounded by nature, we felt completely at peace from the moment we arrived. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and full of light. Every day we saw butterflies fluttering around and heard birds singing — it truly felt like we were part of the natural world. We left feeling totally zen. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. You can really tell this place is cared for with love. What a special place — we can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed in many AirBNBs in many cities, states and even international locations. Nima’s place was pristine, beautiful and spacious…and also the most well appointed home we have ever rented. Sonos speakers, gas grill, kitchen spices/appliances/and more. It is one of our all time favorites. The hosts thought of everything and made it a home away from home in every way. It is an oasis in a bustling area with close proximity to beaches and the best of LA. Every message was answered in minutes. The ease of renting this home was incredible. We had six family members stay in total for my daughter’s UCLA graduation weekend. It was perfect. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home.

We stayed here with family including some elderly folks and everyone agreed it was perfect for us. It felt like a nice hotel apartment with everything being 100% new and obviously a lot of thought put into all of the amenities. Super clean, comfortable & safe. We were there for activities at UCLA and it’s very close and a good value considering the other limited and expensive hotel options. It’s less than 5-10 minutes to UCLA depending on traffic. We visit LA often and I think this is a good central location in general since you can get to so many desirable spots in less than 30 minutes and proximity to the freeway is key for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- not too firm but with good support. 2 of the 3 rooms are windowless but there is a good HVAC system for air flow, the TVs are HUGE with DirectTV and streaming options, wifi is fast, the parking garage is tight for navigation but our SUV fit fine in both spots, and the dining area fits 6. Great food options close.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

It was an amazing stay! Alan made sure we got settled in comfortably. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations where to find food. He also let me borrow his fan to sleep because I can not sleep with out a fan and he checked in while we were there making sure we were having a Great Time! The place is in a perfect spot and offered everything and more to make our stay PERFECT!! I am ready to go back already!! Thank you all for making this vacation the best it could be!!!

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Check in and check out were very simple, and having a private parking spot was amazing in this part of town, which is otherwise mostly street parking. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
