The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

You can also arrive to Kissos by cutting a road, through the new road that passes by the ski resort of Chania. There are many grocerys and restaurants around the village square (kissos), by car is about 1500m, and by pathway is about 350m from home There are many beautifull beaches at the footheels, and the nearest is about 6.5km

The house is located 50 meters from Papa Nero beach in Pelion. It is recently renovated with a capacity of up to 5 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is comfortable and has a sofa that becomes a double bed, TV & Wi-Fi. The yard is spacious and has two areas to enjoy your breakfast under the shade of the trees. It has air conditioning. It is located next to the municipal Parking.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

In ablessed place we created with great care an independent house fully renovated. The ancestors of the family in 1905 built this building with the neoclassical tendency of the time, for the use of a small commercial store. Today we thought to renovate it and offer comfort and tranquility to the visitor, in a green farm full of hydrangeas, fruit trees and overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.
