The house is simply spectacular! Situated nicely few minutes away from Portaria, it took us less than 20’ to get to the ski center; the views of Pagasitikos bay are simply amazing. The interior is beatifully decorated, it is evident this was done with care, good taste & attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean, with the house offering all necessary amenities to secure a pleasant stay. Communication with Johny and his sister Elli has been flawless, while the check-in/out with their housekeeper Krasi seamless. All in all, I would recommend Johny’s house in a heartbeat!

The house has spectacular views over the city and the sea. The property designed with a great taste for aesthetics, has a resort feeling and a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are on a 5 stars hotel level with private bathrooms in almost every room. The house has a lot of options and corners to relax and read a book, we also had nice breakfasts and family dinners on the terrace and sat together near the fire in the evening. Konstantinos was a wonderful host, that made us feel right at home with nice recommendations and great attitude. I would highly recommend this place for a chil Greece vacation.

This villa is spectacular. It’s very high up so an exciting 2Km trip up from the main road, steep in places with hair pin bends. Wonderful panoramic views. A lovely restaurant 50 metres away and a taverna 500 metres away. George responds quickly to questions. We would home to return one day. Very much

22-29.07.24 we spent a nice vacation here with two other families(10 people). The hostel actually resembles a noble mansion of the past, exactly as it looks in the photos. It is located in a very spacious area, one could say that it is in the middle of the olive grove. The sea view from the yard, terrace, and rooms is most fantastic, it is worth getting up early and watching the sunrise. It would have been the icing on the cake if the beach had been directly accessible from the yard. Due to the height of the coast, this is not feasible. There are beautiful beaches nearby with a 5-10 minute drive. You can find everything you need in the nearest store (Katigiorgis, 6 km away). There are also 3 restaurants next to the shop. The house is clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary equipment. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was at our disposal at any time. I warmly recommend this place to those who like wild beaches!

A stunning villa with a gorgeous view of the sea, which is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. Christina was very friendly and welcoming and provided a great list of beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again.

The space was spotless and very warm all day! The kitchen was fully equipped! The fireplace adds warmth to the house! Eleni is a fantastic host, willing to help us anytime! Generally it felt like home and we will definitely choose this house again when we meet again in the area!

An earthly paradise in the heart of Pelion! The villa is truly unique — a combination of luxury, traditional nobility and absolute tranquility in nature. It is located in a magnificent location, literally in the forest, overlooking the Aegean Sea and a stone's throw from the beach of Mylopotamos. The house is completely renovated with respect to its history, filled with authentic period furniture and rare decorative details that testify to love and care. The cleanliness was impeccable and the amenities exceeded all expectations: from the well-designed kitchen, to the hot tub at the back of the garden that offered us moments of absolute relaxation. The hospitality of Eleni and her team was warm, discreet and substantial. We really felt like guests and not just tenants. They guided us to everything worth seeing or trying in the area. We hope to be back soon!

It was a pleasure staying in the lovely villa. We stayed two families friends the house was spacious, incredibly spotless, nothing was missing. The kitchen is full of useful cooking accessories. You can see there was thinking about all the little details. There were plenty of towels, linens were clean, and smelled wonderful. Amazing view of the sea and the village. We got lots of great recommendations about the surroundings, good restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area to stay in this gorgeous villa. We have a taste of more, we will surely come back again.

The place was really beautiful, the house was very big, spacious, each room had its own character and super clean! Also, the house had a breathtaking view of Pelion which you found not get enough of! It was honestly a 10/10 experience

Located in the small village 2km up the hill from Volos, the Panagiotis's house was a perfect location for our group. The house was spacious, very clean with many bedrooms and bathrooms to suit our girly trip. if you want to eat or even cook, it's all there too. The terrace, garden, the barbecue and quiet neighbourhood create great surroundings for a relaxing evening with some wine and greek cheese. parking is easy and there are few restaurants within walking distance. the host is very responsive, kind and caring! we would return again :-)

Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy villa surrounded by nature. The house was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was spotless upon arrival. The host was welcoming, responsive, and ensured we had a smooth experience from start to finish. The children especially loved exploring the outdoors, while the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

Wow, this place is a real gem! A dreamy, spacious house with everything you need—facing a beautiful garden and a big stone swimming pool, surrounded by olive and orange trees, and featuring a perfect fireplace for the winter. We had such an amazing time here. It's just a very short walk to the stunning beach, with friendly locals and an overall super great experience. We will be back for sure—highly recommended! Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. You will not be disappointed Doots 24

We had The Best holiday at Atrium Villas. We were a family group of 8 people in Lunaria Villa. The bedrooms were exceptional (one of the four was small which we knew in advance) each with a private bathroom. We spent all our time outdoors around the pool and at the outdoor table. The grounds of the Villas are stunning with beautiful plants and stunning views. The outdoor gym area was a nice extra and we loved the bookable BBQ and outdoor dining. Amazing sunsets. Pristine surroundings… Thank You Lucia for your exceptional hosting and to your wonderful cleaning team for their hard work. We made some beautiful memories here and hope to visit again one day. Loved Skiathos too. Our first time! Parissis vineyard wine tasting was a big hit. Numerous fab restaurants. The real highlight was an 8 hour skippered private boat trip around the entire island - 8 beaches and swimming in crystal clear waters. We had perfect weather too. What a trip! :-)

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

Fantastic house! Beautiful and modern interior! Daily cleaning by friendly staff. The host Kostas was very nice and helpful and came by every day to check that everything was fine. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children. The kids had a great time in the pool. And we adults did that too. Short distance to the beach and to taverns and supermarket. Good restaurants nearby. Can really be recommended! Everything was tip top!
