Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mournies

Mein Freund und ich waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines schönen modernen Hauses. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Die Lage ist super. Es sind circa 15 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Zentrum Chanias. Mehrere Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Es bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um Kreta zu erkunden. Katerina und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein frischer griechischer Salat, Orangen und Wein. Wir bekamen ein paar Tage später frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten. Katerina war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! 5/5 Sterne!

Konstantinos’s place is perfect. The location is beautiful and only a short drive to some of best beaches we have ever been to. The pool is so lovely and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. I have never had a shower with such a good view! I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend to anyone.

Simply stunning apartment, glorious views and easy access to the little village of Kalyves. We spent most days by the pool and evenings eating at the many restaurants by the beach. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, the views from the living room are stunning. Eleni is an attentive and very responsive host who looked after us extremely well. We will be back very soon!

Otoparkı olması ve Old towna yürüme mesafesinde olması harikaydı . Sıcak su sürekli değil bu bizim için sorun oldu bir düğmeye basıp 15 dk beklemek zorundasınız ve bazen bu su 3. Ümüze yetmedi .yeniden basıp bekledik. Bahçesi olması çok güzel bizde kedi severiz fakat hava sıcaklığı artıkça bahçeden kedi kakası kokusu gelmeye başladı bunu çözmeliler .

Great place directly opposite the beach - fantastic if you have toddlers like us. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant next door every day because the kids could play out there while we ate. If you want to visit the most beautiful beaches on Crete, this west coast location is great (though it should be noted that the beach near the house is actually facing north, which means it is thankfully not frequented by tourists). The host is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The airbnb was very well equipped and prepared for our visit (including items we would not ordinarily expect like fruit, cake, and even a dinner on the first night - though we obviously knew about it based on previous reviews). We would come back here in a heartbeat!

If you're looking for a place where you can find peace and get inspired, this is definitely it. I love that this place is an authentic village where you can really experience the local Cretan life. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. The house is so interesting with lots of old photos and history. Some of the best beaches are just a few minutes away. I wouldn't recommend Elafonisi, it's really windy and sooo many people. Kedrodasos beach was probably our favourite but be ready for a steep walk up on the way back.

Great value for money ratio, the apartment is close to everything in Chania, so it was very easy for us to get around. The place is well equipped and the breakfast treats was a sweet gesture from Maria and Georgios. The apartment itself is very small, but the big patio outside makes up for it.

Wonderful few days here! The appartment is in a great location, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Silver was absolutely fantastic and gave us lots of assistance from restaurants, taxis, excursions and so friendly too! We will definitely return!

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We had a perfect stay at Dimitra’s beautiful house. She was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. The house is spotless and has all the amenities you need. The location is peaceful and secluded but also easy to get to nearby restaurants and beaches. We wished we could spend the whole summer here!

Je recherchai un hébergement de qualité supérieure sur Chania avec toutes les commodités et je suis tombée sur cette location qui répondait à mes attentes avec cerise sur le gâteau cette jolie petite piscine privée chauffée. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse, la déco est juste ce qu'il faut et tout y est en terme d'équipements. On se sent comme a la maison. Ce fût un vrai coup de coeur aussi pour la piscine et pour la plage à proximité (Koum Kapi), pas de parasols à perte de vue, une jolie plage aux eaux cristallines, des bars et restaurants pas loin et des locaux mélangé aux touristes sur la plage. J'ai adoré cet endroit. Je voulais un lieux à proximité de la vieille ville et calme c'était vraiment parfait. Je recommande à 100%. Fantastic villa, beautiful rooms & pool area and wonderful and attentive hosts! We had a great time start to finish, and the villa was in a fantastic spot, and couldn’t recommend more! We had a slight issue with the internet being slow so that would be the only thing to bear in mind when booking if you work remote/ need wifi often, the only place we could get connection was the cellar, so I think a couple wifi repeaters would go a long way!

Absolutely incredible stay at the villa very opulent from the minute the gate opens . So spacious,5 of us stayed for 1 week and the villa was just perfect. The outside area was amazing for relaxing wish we could have stayed longer. And will definitely book again with Dimitrios. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thank you

We decided to spend four nights at this beautiful property in a very rural part of Crete. We based ourselves here because of the location as it was close enough to Balos Lagoon, Elafonissi and Falasarna Beaches. The property is close to some very well regarded Cretan Tavernas so there is choice for food locally. Our hosts greeted us and provided us with some lovely pastries, fresh fruit, and items in the fridge which was much appreciated by us and our young family. The hosts were responsive and even gave us a parting gift which was unexpected but welcomed. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough.

Encore un grand merci à Giorgos et Maria pour leur accueil. Une très grosse tempête de sable du Sahara a tout perturbé le jour de notre arrivée. Nos hôtes ont fait le maximum et même l’impossible pour tout nettoyer et nous permettre de profiter de la villa dans les meilleures conditions. La villa est magnifique. Tout est prévu pour que nous puissions nous détendre et profiter au maximum. Pleins de belles intentions, des produits à disposition permettent de ressentir le confort dès notre arrivée. What better way to start a holiday by drinking a complimentary wine on a balcony with amazing views of the port. The apartment is close to an array of places to eat and relax . We loved our stay at the apartment and really appreciated being able to stay a few hours past check out to make the most of our last day before catching the plane home. For a couple this is a fantastic place to stay

Το κατάλυμα είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες καθαρό και προσεγμένο, η απόσταση χρειάζεται όχημα για το λιμάνι αν και με τα πόδια είναι περίπου 3 λεπτά. Το μόνο θέμα που είχαμε είναι ότι η οδός που βγάζει στους χάρτες μέσω της εφαρμογής Airbnb δεν είναι αυτή του καταλύματος διότι υπάρχουν δύο οδοί με το ίδιο όνομα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Κατά τα άλλα ένα πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο των Χανίων.

We had a wonderful, peaceful & relaxing week in this beautiful house. Amazing location, stylish, spacious, comfortable & very well-equipped. It’s 3 minutes from the small town of Sellia (3 or 4 nice traditional restaurants & small but useful supermarket), 10 minutes from the bigger (seaside town) of Plakias (many restaurants, 2 big supermarkets, butcher & baker), yet out on its own: utterly quiet & private and with beautiful, uninterrupted views of the sea. Cordula - who created this fabulous place, from ground up & with incredible attention to detail, is a perfect host. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful: at all stages proactive, quick & very clear communication and always concerned about our convenience & comfort. Our flight time meant we didn’t arrive until 8pm & Cordula offered to order & collect food from one of the excellent local restaurants & keep it warm in the oven, so after a long & tiring journey our holiday started straightaway. We would love to return.

L'alloggio era molto comodo e Spyridon è stato molto presente ed attivo, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo avuto un leggero contrattempo con lo scarico del lavandino del bagno, nonostante stessimo solo una notte si è dimostrato subito comprensivo e pronto a far intervenire idraulico per risolvere il problema. Un host molto disponibile, e già questo fatto fa sì che valga la pena il soggiorno.

Wir hatten einen schönen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Christina. Lage: Das kleine Penthouse liegt ein paar Meter von der Promenade entfernt, dort sind schon Cafés, Bars und Restaurants zu finden. Das touristische Zentrum von Chania, also der alte Hafen und die Altstadt, sind rund 10 Minuten Fussweg entlang der Promenade entfernt. Eine schöne Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind buchstäblich um die Ecke gelegen. In der Straße selbst ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine Probleme, immer wieder einen parkplatz für unseren MIetwagen zu finden. Aufgrund der innerstädtischen Lage muss man mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse im Hintergrund rechnen - ist bei uns daheim auch nicht anders. Ausstattung: Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck von den Räumlichkeiten wieder, nur das Bett wirkt auf dem Foto kleiner, als es tatsächlich ist. Die Dachterresse ist natürlich der Knüller, mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Ansonsten haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit spektakulärer Aussicht - Kommunikation, Check In, Aufenthalt waren super easy! Drumherum wohnen einige Menschen, die auf den Außenbereich schauen können, was uns wegen der wenigen Menschen, die zu der Zeit da waren, nicht gestört hat. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben von einer tollen Landschaft, der E4 geht direkt am Haus vorbei. Allerdings sind die Strecken zu den Wandergebieten wie zB das White Mountain Reservat oder der höchste Berg Kretas nicht unter 2 h mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns insgesamt super wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen :)

You’ll have a nice stay here. Lilit’s mum checked us in and the place was spotless. Downstairs has a kitchen/living area, a bathroom with a bath/shower, and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has air-con and two bedrooms have balconies. The kitchen/living area has air-con and the bathroom has a clothes washing machine. Upstairs has a kitchen/living area and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen/living area has air-con. The upstairs tv is a dumb tv and the downstairs tv is a smart tv. Toilet roll can’t be flushed in either bathroom, as is standard in Crete. Both kitchens have a sink, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots, pans, crockery. The host left us water, fruit and wine. The parking area has gates, which are controlled by a fob. You have to drive up a hill to get to the property. Bins are at the bottom of the hill. Taverna Irene is walking distance and has nice food and wine and cats! I’d recommend hiring an automatic car because Crete is hilly.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped.Beautifully finished modern apartment. Gina was always very quick to respond. Convenient for exploring this part of Crete.
