La Pointe Windmill Tower

Il est rare de trouver un logement à la fois historique et unique en son genre. Sur les hauteurs du village de La Pointe, cet ancien moulin du 16e siècle transformé en tour néo-gothique au 19e, offre une vue époustouflante sur la confluence de la Maine et de la Loire. A quelques pas, la sympathique Place Ruzebouc, ses cafés et restaurants vous attendent. Angers, son château, ses musées, Terrabotanica sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Belles balades le long de la Loire.

A large and generous green garden where you can stroll and rest. The Loire and its discovery trails are just around the corner. A region rich in castles, vineyards, open-air cafes. Come and explore the paths on foot or by bike, canoe, discover the gastronomy, troglodyte sites, museums... You will be warmly welcomed.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

1, Rochambeau 49610 Soulaines-sur-Aubance

The Rochambeau vineyard dates back to 1781 in the heart of the Aubance vineyard. This small pavilion created in the 19th century by the Master of the premises to play billiards has just been completely renovated and is ideally available to a couple. The Rochambeau pavilion has a main room with a living-dining room overlooking a large outdoor terrace. You will have an equipped kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom (view of the vineyard on all sides)

"Tokyo" gîte at the Château de la Mulonnière

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

XVIth century half-troglodyte manor (280 m2) lost in the countryside, at the end of a hamlet, surrounded by a large garden (7000 m2). Heated outside pool with counter-current system. Dining room with fireplace and shaded terrace, troglodyte kitchen, lounge with fireplace and videoprojector, 4 rooms (30 to 35 m2) and 2 bathrooms. Many outdoor tables for various atmospheres, nice and quiet gazebo for afternoon naps.

Love Room Suite Bali Balnéo SPA Sauna

Sous le Chêne Gîte

Fully renovated cottage in a farmhouse that we live in We offer a fully renovated and newly equipped cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Angers, for 4 to 6 people. Two suites: 1 bedroom and its bathroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom and its bathroom with 2 beds that can become a large bed when brought together. The sofa bed can also easily be unfolded in the living room.
