Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a great time in this spacious and modern house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, all the appliances are in great condition. Beautiful view on Tbilisi from the top balcony. Just keep in mind that parking next to the house is only for one car and there is nearby temporary construction.

I stayed in this house with a large group for the weekend. The house is spacious, the bedrooms have air conditioning, the kitchen is also well equipped (there is a dishwasher), the living room has a fireplace and access to the terrace. The view from the terrace of the house is simply amazing, the place is quiet, staying in this house left only pleasant impressions.

Very nice cottage, ideal for a few nights in Stepanminsda. The only downside is the absence of curtains in one of the bedrooms. The one in the East…

The villa is beautiful. We went as a group of 7, celebrated wedding and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Heated pool, large tv and spacious kitchen as well as multiple bedrooms available for guests. The location is beautiful along with a large mall within 15 minute walk. It was definitely enjoyable stay with the first time experience of renting such large place. Salome place was a surprise to us. We both were looking for a stay to work from home and her place was perfect for that. Very spacious and comfortable with great setup. Kitchen also had ample space with more than enough utensils and crockery sets. Highly recommend

Great place to stay, but if you rent one. I think for a couple there will be some discomfort in the form of a bathroom and toilet combined with the bedroom. In general, adequate price, well-maintained apartment, great location. If I go to Tbilisi again, I would rent this apartment again.

We've had a great BBQ party in the yard. The terrace on the third floor looks great, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The owners were very nice and helpful.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Our trip had a lot of changes that required a lot of flexibility from Maia and she was absolutely helpful. Anything we needed, she found a way to make it happen. Looking forward to staying there again. The apartment location is perfect if you don't want to be right in the center of the Tbilisi action and crowd but still close enough to easily walk or take the metro.

The house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from a well-stocked kitchen to reliable heating and cooling. The location was excellent, with all daily necessities like supermarkets, bakeries, and shops just a short walk away. This made everything very convenient and stress-free during our stay. The host was also very kind and responsive, always available whenever we had a question or request, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home for your stay, this is the perfect choice!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Tamar's apartment is in old Tbilisi, on the quiet street. From center (Rustaveli or Freedom Square) it is a bit uphill (difference in height about 60 m.). So apartment is very suitable for tourists, seeking the peaceful place and not to be afraid to go by foot. Inside the apartment is all the equipment needed for short or longer stay for one person. I liked the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom too. Check-in and check-out was without problems. Tamar promptly reacted to my questions, always available. I was living in apartment for 20 days, no problems arising. Can only recommend.
