Muy contenta con el apartamento. Todo es tal y como se describe y está muy muy muy limpio. Algo que valoro mucho. La zona es buena y es segura, ir hasta el centro es fácil y rápido en Bolt (y barato). Pasé allí y mes y estuve contenta.

We had a great stay for a few days at Ruska's, the room is big and has everything you need, even a small kitchen. The flat is ideally located 5min away from Liberty Square close to the old town and all the main bus lines. Ruska was really reactive and helpful with instruction and even let us leave our luggage after checkout as our flight back was in the evening. Definitely would recommend staying there if you're in Tbilisi.

I stayed here for a month. This is a 5-star place as long as you accept the premise, and the premise is this: you're getting a great deal on a cozy apartment, in return for staying in a building that is quite old, and requires a shuttle van to the metro station. Personally, I found this tradeoff to be worth it. Shuttles came every 20 min directly to the building, and the ride was only 10 min. It's a quiet location. Almost everyone I talked to there (usually to ask something) was very helpful. As I said, the building is very old, and the hallways are in disrepair. But the apartment itself is comfortable and clean, and it has a great view of the river and mountains. The host, Nana, is one of the best I've encountered on Airbnb. Always ready to help, and proactive.

Loved this place and recommend everyone who wants to stay in a beautiful peaceful place. Jaba is a great host, he is helpful and attentive.

I had a great stay at Inga's property. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. I would recommend this accommodation to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

Apartment is in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of the city with views of the city. We had a great time and a nice apartment to go back to after a busy day in the city. The area is still being built so a bit of construction around and the road is still a gravel track. We had a amazing time in the apartment apart from an incident with the lift which unfortunately is quite dangerous to be honest alarm on the lift does not work and we had no way to communicate when it stopped working, had to bang on the door and call the host to get someone to open it. I hope the building management addresses this issue.

One of the best hosts I’ve ever met. He had no problem with late check out, he explained us everything, he was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. View is amazing. We will definitely come back

Расположение супер , в центре города. У квартиры закрытая территория. На первом этаже семья хозяина , второй этаж с отдельным входом весь для путешественников ) В квартире есть все необходимое и много спальных мест . Хорошая грузинская квартира Хозяин помогал во всех вопросах , которые у нас появлялись )

Natalia welcomed us so well! She prepared tea and snacks for us and gave us from her home-made compote! She was amazing. It was a very last minute booking and she came to get us so she can lead us straight to the house! Her kids are also very sweet. And you cannot find a better price in the area! We loved staying at Badri’s cottage, which is even better than the photos. Badri and his family are super hosts — very responsive, kind and welcoming. The cottage had everything we needed for a lovely overnight stay. Badri treated us to homemade dumplings! He helped us plan our further travels, going above and beyond even the best hosts. The cottage and charming compound are easy to find and were the perfect, tranquil oasis we were looking for on our route across Georgia. We would love to come back.

A good place for a family. The location is perfect for driving to the airport. We left 04:00 AM and it took 15 minutes to the airport. The host gave information about where to go for shoping. Thanks!

Excellent location near public transit, with plenty of food options within walking distance as well. Nodari was reachable for any needs, flexible with check-in. Apartment was quiet and well-equipped. Good shower with ample hot water. Would stay here again, thank you!

I wanted to live in this apartment because of the view and I was right! The view is stunning. But there was everything for long term living in the apartment and I enjoyed staying a lot. Temperature during hot summer days was just right to stay at home all day without using A/C. There is everything I needed in the kitchen for cooking. Location is good, it’s quiet in the building no noise from neighbors at all. A bit noisy from the street but bearable. There is one big bed in a bedroom but two mattresses in it it’s important for couples. But for me sleeping there was really comfortable. I’d totally recommend Niko and his apartment to everyone
