The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The garden grows over my head. From autumn to spring, it's time to prune the trees and bushes, collect the wood, and wear it on the Benjee hedge. You help me relax about three hours a day. The rest of the time you enjoy the nature, the construction trailer, the sauna and life.
