The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Welcome to our newly renovated 80 m² (860 sq ft) vacation apartment. As of May 2026, the apartment is newly available for rent. It has been almost completely renovated, from the floors to the bathroom to the kitchen. When putting together the inventory, I placed a particular emphasis on quality and value. Both bedrooms have 55-inch (1.40 m) beds with Emma One mattresses. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a high-quality Nobilia kitchen. In the living room, she has a 75-inch TV.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. In the middle of vineyards lies the Albanus house at the foot of the Schweigenberg, a southern slope in the Saale/ Unstrut. It was built in 1906 from a simple one that had existed since 1804 vineyard house to a so-called "Swiss house" with large slate roof and pergola. The special feature is the view in all directions of the Cultural landscape of the Unstrut Valley: to Neuenburg Castle, to the Unstrut, to the Zscheiplitz Monastery or across the fields.
