Very nice house, convenient to go anywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper responded promptly and was enthusiastic and proactive.Everything you need for daily life is available, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

Not so high expectations before starting to pay, the moment when opening the door of the room is very amazing, the room is large, there is a living room bedroom kitchen dining room bathroom balcony, microwave refrigerator washing machine dryer Toaster kettle Hair dryer TV station lights are fully equipped.The rooftop club is suitable for working during the day. The view of the pool is good, especially the parking lot is very good. It is also convenient to take a takeaway, and there is 711 right across the street. The host was also very nice.👍

A very good homestay experience, the detached villa is very spacious, very private, a few minutes walk to Nimman Road, will consider this homestay next time I travel to Chiang Mai

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

Prattana hosts a lovely home in a relatively peaceful part of Nimman Road. The house is very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility to surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient as well. Prattana is a very responsive host with clear instructions as well as providing active responses to unforeseen events. Our group is very pleased with staying with her and will definitely come back !

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

The villa was amazing, the pool was great for a few people and the barbecue is great for a family meal! The snacks and drinks were a great touch and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Chiang Mai!

I traveled more than 20 ours to get in Chiang Mai, and my flight got at the airport at later in the night and Emma send one of the best drive in Chiang Mai to pick me me at the airport to takes to the apartment to do the check in. The apartment look the same as the picture and it is located near by the one the best shopping mall of Chiang Mai. Please if you need a taxi from the airport I really recommend you ask for someone that she knows. Emme helped with her recommendation to have one of the best experience ever outside of my country!. K Amme are amazing host! If you look for place calm, safe and peaceful this is the place! Thank you Emme for make my life easy in Chiang!!!

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The stay was just perfect! Communication with the host was clear, fast and always available for every need. The apartment was exactly as described – very clean, well furnished and cared for in every detail. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around and visiting the area. We found everything we needed, and even a little more! You can see that the host really cares about making guests feel at home. Highly recommended – I would definitely come back!

The apartment and entire building are very clean and beautifully maintained. There’s a pool and a small gym, both well-kept. All amenities are available, and everything you need for a short or long stay is provided. I have to mention that the power went out twice for a short time, and the internet briefly stopped working—but this affected the whole area, not just the building, so it’s not the hosts’ fault. All in all, a great deal—I’d book it again without hesitation.
