First of all, I would like to say that Pavel is a communicable host who always stayed in touch and even helped with delivery of medicine to his address. As for the place and location, its all good: 5 minutes on bike to the beaches and all the "actions". Supermarket and several cool restaurants are a minute's walk away, one of which is an authentic italian one with excellent wine and pizza. The house is located on a hill, from which you can see the Kata area and watch a beautiful sunsets. The house itself is not big, but it has two working tables and everything you need. Yes, this is not a five-star villa near sea, but considering the price, this is a VERY good offer in this area for peak season. We were there for a 1.5 month and in general we can recommend this place if you do not need luxury and you spend a lot of time exploring the island or the sea. Everything was fine, thanks Pavel!

We loved our stay at Leon’s place in the mountains of Kamala. The area is quiet and safe, we could enjoy bird singing in the morning as well as the beautiful view. The house is clean and has enough room for a family of 4. The best part of it is the swimming pool. It’s a little smaller than it appears on the pictures and not that deep, but it was perfect for our kids and , most importantly, very clean.

Great place well appointed, any issues were quickly addressed. Host very friendly and helpful. Clean and location was only about 20 min. walk to Kamala Beach.

Where do I begin this place is beautiful Steve was wonderful from start to finish he even got us a free massage that was soo good we went straight back the next day. When we got to the villa there was refreshments in the fridge loads of fresh towels it was that clean you could probably eat of the floor haha and then to top it off he got a sauna put in while we was staying and let us stay a few extra hour on the last day Steve to truly are a top fella thanks again and see you soon

Our place was wonderful. It was very central to many other restaurants and very close to the beach (2min walk). The host even gave some snacks upon arrival that were delicious. It was overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for a total of 5 days, the room facilities were very good, the host was very responsive, and would also provide a lot of tips and help for things to do. ps: The pool is fantastic

Great villa, the house is even better than the description. There is absolutely everything for your comfortable stay. The children have a place to run, a large area in front of the house, a swing, a barbecue. There is a cat)))

Except for a few small things, everything was as hoped for. The contact person for everything around the house Ivan was always available and immediately provided help and support. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

Really nice people and flexible hours. The house is really well equipped. The kitchen is excellent. The girl who received me is really nice. Worth the money. Really close to the center of Kamala and drove to Patong for 15 minutes.

Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Phuket. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire process stress-free. The villa was immaculate—clean, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. A friendly and discreet housekeeper came by each morning to tidy up, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location is ideal—just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Getting around was also easy, with Grab taxis consistently arriving within five minutes. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. Inside, the spacious living area features a massive television and extremely comfortable seating, making it a great space to unwind with a movie in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return.

The villa is even better than in the photos, with stunning views of Patong. The host is perfect: he can arrange a taxi and have scooters delivered directly to the house. The villa is cleaned every day by a very nice lady, and the host helped us find great tips. Excellent stay, I highly recommend Villa coco B!

My friends and I had a superb holiday at Seaside Bliss Villa. The view was great, the villa spacious and comfortable with all amenities. It was easy to order meals in and we loved the pool too.

Had such an amazing stay at the villa! The rooms were clean, amenities were all functioning and the villa was overall a great place to stay in. The pool was clean, the outside kitchen is very helpful too. Location was good - close to the supermarket but the area in general was not so walkable, however you can always order a bolt/grab to wherever you wish to go. Definitely recommend for a group stay if you’re looking to relax and have a good time with friends/family. 😊

Pictures do not do this place justice 😍 omg. Very beautiful and the view was breath taking. Away from the party scene. I do want to note it is very high up in mountai n. Cabs will cancel your reservation to pick you up because hill is steep so recommend a scooter to rent. Restaurant was very lovely. Customer service was great. Has your own private spa. Food was also good. Highly recommend for a peaceful get away. Or couples get away. Will be back again wouldn’t book any other Airbnb besides this place

We were warmly welcomed, the co-host was always available to us, the place looked better than on the pictures when you walk down the street there is a 7 Eleven and TopsDaily and several restaurants. We loved it and would love to stay there again.
