Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mueang Phuket District

Actually the place look more spacious than pictures shared … we love the place and the peaceful moment specially parents room was built with noise cancellation which make our sleep deep everything you need will be available at home definitely will book again when we visit Rawai again 😊 thank you Eva for your kind assistance

Probably the best apartment I have ever rented. So peaceful, in the middle of the jungle. The apartment is modern and super clean. The AC works perfectly. The only minor issue was with the gym that has a lot of out of order equipments. Apart from that, Beata has been a great host, I really recommend !

So perfect I could’ve stayed a month. After a bit of a challenging start with a hotel in Phuket, it was really wonderful to find such a nice place to call home for a few days. Kitchen has everything you need, bathtub is amazing, air conditioning is super powerful in the guest bedroom - I had some of the best sleeps of my adult life, view is gorgeous, and it’s very quiet. Anything I needed or had trouble with, my requests were answered immediately. Would return in a heartbeat 🙏🏻

Yao was a very attentive host who was responsive to our needs. The place itself is a great space, situated about 10 minutes away from the main Patong strip. It offers the right amount of accessibility to such areas whilst being far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Very spacious apartment. When checking in, just be mindful that you'll likely be taking your taxi to the 'Baycliff Residence' which is the drop off point, however you won't necessarily be staying in that place. The entrance is on the left side (if facing the Baycliff in front of you). I would definitely return. Thanks Yao

Great place to stay to explore Rawai and surrounding area. very convenient location, few minutes walking to the beach, 15 minutes to the famous Rawai seafood market.The place is very nice and clean with everything you need including beach towels. Natalia is a great host, very informative with immediate response to any questions. Thank you for a great stay

Жилье комфортное, путь до моря занимает 15-17 минут, по пути есть 7-eleven и хорошая кафешка Nana. Сам ЖК очень уютный, большой бассейн, а квартира на первом этаже - до бассейна буквально два шага, но сырости в квартире при этом нет. Из нюансов - в квартиру залетают комары, но хозяева оставили электрическую мухобойку, за что им большое спасибо - охота на комаров стала отдельным развлечением)) Хозяева очень отзывчивые, могут забрать из аэропорта, довезти до обменник и что-то подсказать.

Fantastic location! Very quiet, yet convenient. Literally a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, food, shopping, restaurants, and more. Nice pools. This is a ground unit, so you have direct accost your room too

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

The apartment matched the description and photos. The hosts were very friendly and always responsive. Big thank you to them for allowing me to check-in early:)

Evgeny's apartment is in a great location in Phuket Patong area. Lots of local restaurants, large shopping centre nearby (Jungceylon and Central), 5 mins to Bangla road, 10 mins to the beach. Clear communication, a safe apartment block too. Definitely recommended.

Удачное расположение комплекса, через дорогу пляж вдоль которого интересно погулять, вдоль дороги магазины, рестораны, буквально на выходе магазин с продуктами и кофейня. В двух минутах от дома We Cafe, в 10 Salaloy Seafood (рекомендация Мишлена). Кроме того рядом есть коворкинг. В квартире тихо, комфортно и как дома. Мебель не уставшая, техника хорошая. Можно приятно посидеть вечером на балконе с видом на закат. Интернет качественный. В комплексе есть небольшой но рабочий спортзал и несколько бассейнов. Заселение было удобно, так же во время проживания была поддержка в чате, оперативно отвечали и решали вопросы. В итоге достаточно классный вариант по деньгам, расположению и качеству сервиса, рекомендую!

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!

The host is totally unresponsive, whether in airbnb or on call. He doesn’t answer the call at all. Secondly I face a problem at check in I have to wait but most importantly I face problems while checkout they were asking for electricity bill which I agree that it’s upto the guest but they were asking for 10 baht per unit whereas the official Thai government rate is around 4.18 baht per unit which they the host don’t have any right to charge more than what’s the officials are charging. Every one has an equal rate in that electricity units decided by the respective government. But they we’re just denying to accept it which is totally not acceptable from guests. Otherwise place is superb, private, peaceful, luxurious & excellent. The host is also great but yeah I mentioned what problem I faced.

I stayed 4 nights here and it was extremely comfortable. Quick walk to the waterfall and plenty of local places to eat. A/C worked perfectly. Everything you need is there! Thank you again Jommie for sharing your home.

Very beautiful villa, the big swimming pool is great, looking forward to staying again

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The top floor unit was absolutely stunning—brand new, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The private pool was such a luxurious touch, and having a maid included truly elevated the stay. What really stood out was the host’s incredible attention to detail. Not only was everything spotless and thoughtfully arranged, but they also went above and beyond by stocking non-essential items that made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The provided toiletries were of the highest quality—think spa-level soaps and lotions. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, fresh, and beautifully presented. The host was super responsive and attentive throughout our stay, always available if we had questions or needed anything. This was a true 5-star experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend it enough if you're looking for a luxury escape that goes beyond expectations!

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.

Can I give 10 stars? This has been the best experience I’ve ever had on Airbnb. The location is great, just close enough to the action but far enough away where you don’t feel like you’re in the thick of it. The unit itself was brand new, clean and even better than the photos. I love that each floor had its own air conditioner so you never felt hot. The spa itself is a dream! Everything is brand new and of the highest standards. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing them every day. Because it’s a spa it attracts many people from all over rawai. I’ve had nothing but great experiences interacting and converse with the spa goers. Is the perfect blend of luxury and social interaction. Most luxury places feel very isolated but everyone that patrons here is friendly and open to conversation. I will only stay here when I’m in Phuket from now on.
