Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

From the luxurious Panaroma Wellness Suite (65m²) , with balcony, IR sauna, 2 bedrooms with double beds and luxurious bathroom you have views up to 10 KM on the surrounding mountains. The house was completely remodeled in 2025 and is located in a quiet area. The bus stop for the free bus and delicious (breakfast) restaurant is only 100 m away. The 10 KM Hochkeil ski area is 500 M AWAY;the 120 KM Hochkönig ski area is 10 minutes away by car or (free) ski bus.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
