On 250 m² of living space and two terraces with wonderful views of the mountain landscape, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, living room, private sauna and fireplace (free pick-up) is at your disposal. The price base is based on an occupancy of 10 guests. All ancillary costs, underground parking spaces, national park card are included.

Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Our farm is very centrally located and yet far away from any hustle and bustle of everyday life. In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach to the ski or hiking area Kitzbühel and also in 2 minutes by car you can reach the Smaragdbahn Bramberg, which takes you to the ski or hiking area Wildkogel.
