The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The Natur.Appartement 'LÄRCHE' is located on the first floor of the wooden house in the middle of our green meadow. It consists of two floors and has a living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. On the cozy south-facing balcony with its lounge chairs and hammock, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The wooden house was made from the wood of our own forest sustainably and with love and received a timber construction award.

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min). The price includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass with many different extras and a free ride with the Kronplatz cable car.

Quiet, central location with parking right in front of the house. The Reinbach Waterfalls and the center are within easy walking distance. The property is very spacious, has a great conservatory (veranda vetrata - unheated in winter) and offers direct access to the lawn in front of the house. Our guests receive the Holidaypass: free use of public transport in South Tyrol and, in May and June 2026 and 2027, free use of the lifts in Skiworld Ahrntal.
