The house is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in! Furnished in a modern but original style, a very well-kept environment and super clean. It has all the comforts. A beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Vanity set in the bathroom with things I had never found anywhere else. I felt right at home. The location is perfect. Quiet area, surrounded by greenery, relaxing environment. Between visits, I enjoyed the garden, the super comfortable sofa and TV with access to Netflix. Cosme, the landlord was very kind and caring. He asked me even before I arrived if I needed anything he could buy for me. During the stay he came to meet me and gave me many useful tips for visiting the city and sailing the San Lorenzo neighborhood, which I found very authentic and lively. I mean, I found a hidden gem in this house! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the experience to everyone.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

We spent 1 week in this wonderful house! The communication worked perfectly, both in advance and during our stay; Elena was always available, answered within a very short time. The check-in worked perfectly thanks to the key box. The house is wonderfully equipped, you immediately feel at home. I have never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in an apartment, everything was available and in pristine condition. The water pressure of the shower is a dream for me, I have pretty long thick hair and usually have problems washing it on vacation, because usually too little water comes out of the shower heads ;) The double bed is so comfortable, the mattress is perfect, not sagging, we slept great. There is an air conditioner in every room, which we did not use despite the heat. The proximity to Rome, the beautiful beach within walking distance, were the arguments for us to book this accommodation. Thank you Elena, it was very nice at your place

Our stay here was fantastic! Claudio was a spectacular host - he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything you could ever need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The yard is private and filled with beautiful plants and trees and the rooftop was a wonderful place to get some sun. Claudio and his home made our stay in Italy even better than we could have imagined!

Andrea’s place was a godsend for us, looking to spend a week in Rome outside the city’s heat. We felt like we got a taste of local living, and Andrea was a supremely helpful host who helped us out with recommendations in the area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well operated little getaway!

Fausto was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay very much. And we greatly appreciated that he booked a very early morning taxi for us to the airport.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. We very much appreciated the cool interior and the very beautiful garden and pool area. The villa is a little outside Rome centre but this was what we wanted so that we could relax a bit away from the crowds. Buses to Rome shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance. A great place for a family trip to Rome!

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

A perfect escape from the heat in Rome! The pool was perfect and Fabio was very helpful in whatever we needed and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the Nemi strawberry festival nearby. We will be back for sure :)

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 13, made up of 4 generations. Not only are the properties beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with authentic furniture and art, the grounds are gorgeous so you’re always looking at flowers, trees and greenery along with an epic view from the balcony. The big pool area was a real highlight. If you like being in a place with real character where you intend to make the most of being home this is ideal. The hosts and on-site caretaker (Luciano and family) could not have been more helpful going out of their way to ensure we had everything at all times, even taking us to the train station to get our early flights. This was the home away from home we needed and we think it will be hard to beat this set up for our future family holidays! Thank you so much x

This was an amazing home to stay in. Dario was responsive when we had any questions regarding the recycling or pool. The home was comfortable and spacious. It looked even better than the pictures! The kids enjoyed the large backyard and pool so much on the days we weren’t out on excursions. There’s a grocery store right down the road where we stocked up on food and necessities. It was a beautiful oasis in a quiet area outside of Rome with easy access to the train stations etc. It was close to these amazing lakes we visited and the area turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

Peaceful elegance in a beautiful location, was exactly right for us..loved the pool and the space in the villa was great. We could relax easily and also did some excursions during the day..Would highly recommend

I spent a wonderful weekend with ten friends hosted by Ferdinando and Ludovica: the house is spacious, well maintained and with all the comforts (I would just add the TV in the living room), rooms up to par, large and well-kept garden, fantastic swimming pool, barbecue. All immersed in the tranquility of the Roman countryside but still five minutes from the town of Campagnano for every need. Friendly and discreet hosts. Highly recommended.

Wow, Villa Maria Pia is simply amazing! What a beautiful little gem! My wife and I just spent five wonderful days here, and I have to say, the photos don’t do it justice—they're spot on! We absolutely adored the pool and the lovely outdoor furniture; it created such a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. Yes, planes passed by every 10-15 minutes, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. Ludovico, you were such a great host! Thank you for taking us to the shop and for everything you did to make our stay enjoyable. A huge shoutout to your friend Massi as well for driving us to the beach—we appreciated it! Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.
