Great location and cozy modern ground level apartment. Super clean and you have everything you need. Beautiful views as well and walkable to the lake.

Lycien is a very welcoming person. The place is sparkling and very organised, quiet and lightfull. it super close to all facilities, (motorway, city center, shops,restaurants ....) but without creating any related inconveniences. we definitly recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable in Christina's apartment. Everything was as described and we will be happy to come back. Communication was fast and totally friendly. An individual arrangement was also possible - that was great and was very accommodating to us. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was absolutely awesome I was on a bike tour with my children. This apartment was one of three we had on our tour. Huge old building directly on the Ruhr and thus only a few meters from the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. We were able to park bicycles in the slimmed-down garden. The apartment under the roof is huge and super modern. In the apartment, a huge balcony and outside a roof terrace where I could still enjoy my beer in the sun at 9 pm. The kids, on the other hand, watched movies on a huge TV, It was all perfect. THANK YOU We would have liked to have stayed longer. We would definitely book again for the next tour Axis....The Baldeneysee is also just around the corner

We were only there for a few days, but would have liked to stay longer. Merle and her husband are wonderful hosts and the apartment is beautiful. We'd love to come back again if we're in the area.

We felt very comfortable. Annelore is a lovely hostess. The apartment is well equipped with everything. The bed is large and comfortable. We also liked the terrace in the garden. The location on the outskirts is wonderful and quiet.

Very clean rooms, just like the photos. Timo always responded quickly and was very helpful. Wonderful time here with babies too.

Everything is great - apartment has almost everything you need! Only roller blinds or thicker curtains in the sleeping area of the living room would be good, otherwise it is very bright to sleep quite early

We stayed at Carmen's place for 5 days! Great, clean, very new apartment in which we felt very comfortable! In the vicinity are only meadows and fields , which is of course great with a dog. I only expected the steep steel staircase that leads to the entrance door under the roof. Maybe I missed it in the description. For our somewhat anxious dog, the stairs were a challenge several times a day!

Super family-friendly accommodation, great host, great facilities and very hospitable. Towels have been provided and bed linen has already been provided. We will be happy to come back. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We would highly recommend this place!

Very good apartment, in which we would also have liked to stay longer than three nights. What we liked: the layout of the room with the combination of a spacious cooking island and dining table on the podium with a nice panoramic view outside; the separation of shower and toilet; the presence of two duvets (instead of one large shared one, which is often the rule, but not ideal for all couples); the fancy electronic door lock; that there is a Bluetooth boombox and that there are even scissors in the already well-equipped kitchen (is an absolute rarity in our experience, and we have often missed them). The location is also great, on the one hand with the park opposite, on the other hand as far as the possibility of getting quickly from a to b, whether on foot or by bus and train. Gladly again.

Flexible checking in, could easily arrive late at night. Clean room with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Would come again!

Already during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to best get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and briefed on the special features of the localities (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also responded to our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very pleasant and can definitely be recommended.
