Very straightforward and friendly landlord! Wonderfully individually designed apartment. If I had forgotten something, I would still have been well taken care of - even replacement toothpaste I could have used.

Lycien is a very welcoming person. The place is sparkling and very organised, quiet and lightfull. it super close to all facilities, (motorway, city center, shops,restaurants ....) but without creating any related inconveniences. we definitly recommend this place.

Everything was great. Everything clean and well-equipped kitchen. Easy to find and in a beautiful environment that can be used well for walking or strolling.

Staying at Birgit's place was great as always. She is a great host and is always available to help and advise. I will be happy to come back.

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts. A very nice big apartment. Everything was very clean. We were very satisfied. The apartment has a large balcony that can be reached from the kitchen.

We were only there for a few days, but would have liked to stay longer. Merle and her husband are wonderful hosts and the apartment is beautiful. We'd love to come back again if we're in the area.

We had a very nice and quiet time at Silke's. Everything was as shown in the photos, the check in and out was easy and clear. Unfortunately, at the time, the dishwasher and one of the shutters did not work, which was really annoying (unfortunately, we had no information about this beforehand) and was a bit annoying when living there for two weeks. However, Seiler immediately took care of it, which was very positive. All in all, however, a very nice and great stay.

We felt very comfortable in Christina's apartment. Everything was as described and we will be happy to come back. Communication was fast and totally friendly. An individual arrangement was also possible - that was great and was very accommodating to us. Thanks for a great stay!

The six of us (family with 2 children and grandparents) had a wonderful time in the apartment for the second time. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are ideal. Also the washing machine, dryer and gas BBQ are for us, a very big plus. The apartment is very fully furnished, very clean and also wonderfully quiet and private.

It was my second time staying at this house, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and will choose to stay here every time I visit Bocholt.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! There were four of us – two adults and two children – and we lacked nothing. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: A shopping center (Netto) is directly opposite, which makes shopping super easy. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We received quick and helpful answers to all questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

We were very satisfied with the apartment, everything was very clean and corresponded to the description, the location was perfectly beautiful in the city center and no loud traffic and you were quickly on foot to attractions. However, the door was slightly damaged but all in all it was a great stay. Maybe a blind on the kitchen window, so you don't feel like you're constantly being watched from the office building opposite (we were there during the week)...
