Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in a sunny basement with private parking, flatscreen, WLAN, Wama&Troger as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels including children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.

The city centre is a 4-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away. Two bicycles are available free of charge on request - please register when booking. Dogs for an extra charge. Close to city center (4 km Prinzipalmarkt), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into an open field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cupboards). Grand Lit with a mattress (2m x 1.40m). We have a baby cot for a toddler. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We pay great attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green), waste separation...
