A very nice and modern place with quality cuisine. You have a small terrace as well as private parking on the farm. The whole house is of very high quality, beautifully and modernly maintained. Everything is within easy walking distance. I'd love to come back!

Super nice property and a very sweet apartment - really a magical place! A little tip: The last staircase is quite steep, I always thought carefully about what I was carrying up there, because everything has to come down again 😉 Top communication with Anne, the bed was comfortable and you will (for lack of blackout option). I liked it. I'd be happy to come back!

The apartment was very clean and the host was totally helpful. It was very quiet in the area. It was very relaxing. The apartment was furnished with great attention to detail and we felt very comfortable.

Matthias’ one-bedroom ground floor apartment with private outdoor patio & garden was perfect for our stay: clean and in a quiet residential location, it provided everything we could have asked for. A 5-star Airbnb experience.

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. The presence of personal belongings makes this home feel like a "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make up for it. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The region is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. A must.

We had a great stay, we liked the entire equipment very much, a lot of attention to detail, really all around cozy, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and communication with Pasquale was flawless, questions were answered super fast. We will certainly come back.

It was a lovely stay. The house was spacious, clean and the beds were (too) comfortable. The garden is to fall in love with. Enjoy the birds, squirrels and other animals we have seen. The only pity was the weather, but despite that, it was fantastic. We will definitely come back when the sun is shining. Marcus is particularly helpful and the communication is very friendly. We had a very nice and quiet time at Silke's. Everything was as shown in the photos, the check in and out was easy and clear. Unfortunately, at the time, the dishwasher and one of the shutters did not work, which was really annoying (unfortunately, we had no information about this beforehand) and was a bit annoying when living there for two weeks. However, Seiler immediately took care of it, which was very positive. All in all, however, a very nice and great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! There were four of us – two adults and two children – and we lacked nothing. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: A shopping center (Netto) is directly opposite, which makes shopping super easy. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We received quick and helpful answers to all questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy, there is plenty of space and a pretty garden. The communication was uncomplicated and friendly and we were even able to enter the apartment earlier, which helped us a lot. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.
