The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

There is a garden sauna, at the house, in which 3 people can lie. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 10 euros per hour for the sauna. Please register the sauna use as I have to give a short briefing. It can be grilled, a barbecue is ready.
