Das Haus wurde 1934 erbaut und 2025 vollständig saniert – der besondere Charme der alten Holzbalken zieht sich jedoch weiterhin durch jeden Raum und erinnert an die Geschichte dieses einzigartigen Hauses. Du kannst hier mit dem Kanu eine Tour unternehmen, die Ruhe am Wasser genießen und bei Netflix & Disney+ abschalten.

The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Unser Haus an der Werse: inmitten der Natur und dennoch nur 20 Fahrradminuten zum Prinzipalmarkt. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem 1000 m² großen Grundstück und bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Werse. Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet zeichnet sich durch die typischen Bootshäuser aus die wie Perlen auf einer Kette an dem idyllischen Fluss liegen. Im nahen Freibad Stapelskotten kann man schwimmen, der Rad- und Wanderweg beginnt vor der Tür und der Bootsverleih ist auch nicht weit..

The 2-room apartment, furnished with love, offers a spacious studio that opens onto the garden via a sunny terrace. Floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces ensure pleasant natural lighting. When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. Vacation with goats, ponies and cows! The small house is located on a huge meadow. A private lake is right next door. Whether when waking up or at sunset - the view from the panoramic window is fantastic. Under the loft sleeping area is the comfort bathroom with shower and toilet. Right next to the meadow is the farm shop: there is delicious cheese, yogurt and sausage from our own production. The Dennemann family makes real agriculture come alive.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Mein kleines Paradies am See für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die die Stille suchen. Nach einem Jahr Renovierung, jetzt wieder verfügbar, im neuen Glanz und neuen Ideen. Sehr gute Gegend für Radfahrausflüge und Spaziergänge im Wald oder einfach die Ruhe am kleinen See genießen, und den Vögel und Froschkonzerten zu lauschen. Mücken gibt es selbst im Sommer kaum. Für Menschen die Mal ein paar Tage Auszeit brauchen.
