The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only a 20-minute bike ride to the main market. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.
