A few minutes' walking distance, you are in the center, the Outlet, beach facilities or a water ski run. Houseboat Monsin has all the luxury and facilities you need with a large (partly) covered terrace with jetty. There is also a large garden and parking space. It is a perfect place if you love nature and want to learn to discover Roermond and surroundings.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

The journey time to sights such as Amsterdam and the Keukenhof is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
