Master bedroom with king-size bed, access to balcony and bathroom, from there you get to the third bedroom with a queen-size bed. A spiral staircase leads from there towards the 2nd bathroom, kitchen and terrace/garden. Parking in the yard.

Sundhouse is located in the heart of Alsace between Colmar (35 km) and Strasbourg (45 km). You are close to the Wine Route with its authentic villages, Germany and its Black Forest and Europa-Park (25 km) with its new water park. You will be spoiled for choice with a multitude of sites to visit and discover in the surrounding area. If needed, our village has a restaurant, bakery, butcher-caterer, small supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank dispenser, etc.

Centrally located between Freiburg and Colmar, it is an ideal base for excursions by bike or car to the most famous sights of the region. Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.

Black Forest Country Cottage

This unique cottage is located in the heart of the Black Forest in the lovely valley called Kleines Wiesental in the village of Bürchau at about 750 metes above sea level. It's surrounded by forest and meadows. You will enjoy the beautiful view and the peace and far away from the noisiness of citys.
