Apartment Nada is 100 m 2 with a private terrace and garden. It offers a Jacuzzi (massage pool) with heated water suitable for swimming all year round. Nearby, there is a children's playground free to use, and the shop is very close to the house. Muntić is 7 km from PULA and 3 km from the airport. Privacy is guaranteed.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, renovated 2024.old Istrian stone house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen on 2 floors. All areas are air-conditioned. Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Do Pule je 10 minuta autom, do aerodroma je 3 minuta autom! Trgovina je udaljena 2 minute pješice od kuće! Prvi restoran je Vesna Loborika 5 minuta autom od kuće!
