The apartment was amazing, cozy and well designed, with a good balcony view on the grundlsee lake, very quiet place. I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfectly equipped, furnished with a lot of love for detail and incredibly cozy. The quiet, natural location was ideal for unwinding. The surroundings are beautiful for relaxing walks in the forest – a paradise for nature lovers and dog owners. We would have preferred not to leave at all – a stay we can recommend to everyone!

Alexander made us a very good home shiplog. We had a very nice 3 days both when the location of the house was close to Halstatd and the surrounding ski resorts and the beauty of Bad Aussee were added to this. There were all the amenities in the house, especially the balcony by the river, which is really peaceful. Thank you so much for everything. We had a nice holiday

Manuela’s place is absolutely gorgeous—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, down to the smallest details. The home is clean and very well maintained. Located just an hour’s drive from Hallstatt, it’s also close to several ski resorts, making it a great spot for both relaxation and adventure. Manuela and her husband are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is in a beautiful renovated old farmhouse in rural surroundings and is very well equipped. The view over the flowering orchards of the mountains was impressive. Isi welcomed us warmly and helped us immediately with all concerns. You can either hike directly from the house or take great tours after a short drive. The region offers so much that we could only get a small impression of it. We felt comfortable in the apartment and had very nice and relaxing days!

Mario’s place was absolutely beautiful. You are nested within the mountains, being able to enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of the balcony. The pictures, like everything else in life, do not do it justice. I appreciated that there was wine to purchase in the apartment, a nice add on and something to enjoy on warm summer days. Lakes are nearby which was something I did every day along with hitting the trails (trails that I went to were slightly far but ok if you have a car). I would come back!

We were very pleased with the apartment, everything was so lovely. You can tell they put effort thinking of the little details, Nothing was missing. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the check in was nice and easy.

Quietly located apartment with very good amenities (everything you need - incl. Coffee, tea, spices etc). Our dog was also very welcome (dog snacks, blanket, bowl etc). René was quickly accessible and gave us good tips for snowshoeing. Thank you!

Excellent apartment, exactly like in the pictures. Two suites, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, balcony, quiet, clean and organized. In addition, the building has private parking and laundry and drying machines. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful, top quality apartmant in a very good location, with many ski resort within reach.

We were there in the preseason. From mid-May there is a kiosk in the house which is very practical. There is a very nice swimming beach right by the house that we used for sunbathing. We highly recommend visiting the Wernberg Monastery and the Benedictine Pencil in Ossiach. Beautiful paths from there to hike. You can explore a lot by bike. In case of rain, the thermal spa Warmbad Villach is recommended.

We felt right at home in the place! Oskar warmly welcomed us and was always available for questions. The apartment was absolutely clean and exactly as described. The view is simply fantastic! Perfect for a quick getaway! 😊💐

Our stay at Katharina’s place was nothing short of wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful get away and not only found it, but enjoyed the beautiful setting and comfortable stay. Katharina and her family were warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back again!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and enjoyed our short break! The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and very tastefully! A big plus is the large terrace with the whirlpool! The apartment is located in a very quiet house and we had the feeling of being on our own despite the neighbors! Perfect for holidays with a dog!

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Sarah and her family were extremely friendly and accommodating!

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the property. The place was nicely equipped and had a lovely location with garden. The ski slopes of Flachau can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since we came with two cars, we also had two front door keys + garage keys available. We will be happy to come back!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)
