Close to the highway to Slovenia and Croatia. N. Rocco Stadium is nearby, a short walk from the bike path to the center and Val Rosandra, bars, pizzerias, and supermarkets. The accommodation has a bedroom with two single beds that are close together, but can also be separated. Wi-Fi access. Living area with coffee machine, electric hob, microwave and fridge.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

The newly built facility offers three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a social area with a table tennis table, a large living area with a sofa bed, a large terrace, a balcony, private parking, and a huge garden. We are an organic farm that, in addition to organic olive oil and dried fruits, also offers seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, farm tours and tastings of our crops.

Accogliente appartamento al secondo piano a due passi dal mare e dalla Basilica, dai negozi e dai ristoranti, uno dei quali proprio dall'altra parte della via. L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata (nuova installazione). Dai balconcini del soggiorno si gode la vista del campanile della Basilica di Sant'Eufemia e della via Gradenigo con le case costruite nei secoli entro la cerchia del Castrum romano, che termina nel bastione d'angolo con quella che oggi è chiamata Casa della Musica.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
