In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. I am sure this is the perfect house to have an amazing holiday full of adventures.

Our approx. 40 sqm apartment for 2 people is located directly on the beautiful Riegsee and within walking distance of the Froschhauser See in Murnau/Froschhausen. There is a jetty at the house ( YOC 1950), from which you can go directly into the water. Or you can explore the lake with our canoe or Supboard. At the house is a small hobby of agriculture - with chickens, a sweet rooster, 3 donkeys, sheep and a cat. A private parking space is available directly at the house.

There is also a cozy, sheltered loggia accessible from the outside, where you can sit and eat.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

The idyllic Froschhauser See as well as the Riegsee are within walking distance, and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extended walk.
