Fantastic stay! A perfect cottage for a fun couple night out for New Years Eve! We booked very last minute and everything was pristine. Would stay again!

Our family of 6 with young adult and teen kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! The house is new, beautiful, clean, and is the perfect mix of home and resort. We enjoyed family game nights, meditative mornings on the balcony, comfortable space for all, and all we would need for days at the beach. April is an extremely responsive host and created a home that anticipated all of our needs.

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and was clean. The bikes are an extra perk that we really enjoyed as well. Satchele was responsive and flexible. 10/10!

As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. This was our second time staying here and we had another great experience! The accommodations are just as described and perfect for a family of 4. It is an easy drive to the beach, close to great restaurants, and the pool on site is wonderful for kids.

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

Great condo, wonderful location 2 miles from Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from garden city pier! Waters Edge building has everything you’d need; Pool, hot tub, plenty of seating, bar, restaurant and gift shop. Both towns are within walking distance. The condo has plenty of room for 6 people! Did I mention they are gated and security on a life guarded beach! Oh and a parking garage. The views are amazing! Book it and have a great time. Josh was very responsive. But everything was good from the start, so I didn’t have to bother him other than check in and out. I recommend eating at least one meal at Millstone Biscuit company! Don’t go home without eating breakfast or lunch there!

We had a wonderful stay during our first family beach trip with our 7 month old. The beach was easy to access and the views were beautiful. The pool was clean and never crowded. Their was minimal noise from neighbors which made sleeping with an infant a lot easier. We will definitely stay again!

The condo was amazing! Very clean and just as the photos showed. It was very peaceful and a quiet place which we enjoyed! Holly was very quick to respond and always so helpful with any question I had about our stay. Couldn’t have loved our stay more! We’ll definitely be booking with Holly again!😊

Once again enjoyed our stay at Josephine's. The condo is very comfortable and as a result we are very comfortable which is most enjoyable. The pool is very nice. The ocean is only a short walk. Restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses are all close by. We highly recommend staying at Josephine's condo. She is a great host always quick to communicate and respond to questions.

Ann’s beautiful condo was perfect for our vacation, it was spacious for 4 people and very clean. Ann was very responsive when we had any last minute questions, she even took time out her day to drop off a beach umbrella! Thank you Ann for hosting us, we will absolutely be back!

My husband and I spent the Memorial Day weekend at Patricia's place. We found it very conveniently located and comfortable. Be aware that the view from this unit is a side-ocean view as distinguished from ocean-front, but we already knew that, so we weren't surprised, and it was fine. Parking is a bit of a challenge; once we found a space we didn't want to risk losing it by leaving, so you might consider Ubering to dinner and ordering groceries, etc. Bring paper products, storage bags, and dish soap/cleaning spray if you like to tidy up between meals, etc, because those items are not provided. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant, and we would return.

Loved our stay here! The condo is in a great location. Anything we needed was in the condo, including extra blankets and beach towels. Heather responded immediately when I reached out to her. The condo was super cute and very clean! We will definitely be going back!

We loved our stay here! We immediately felt right at home and the location was peaceful and very family friendly. Being right on the beach was so convenient and we were also close to enough to drive to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We can’t wait to visit again. This place made our first visit to South Carolina very special.

Cannot say enough great things about our time spent here! Beautiful location directly on the beach, close to all of the shops and restaurants located in both Surfside and Garden City. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we could have needed. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
