La maison est centrale dans les Ponts de cé avec accès rapide au centre-ville et commerces sur le parcours de la Loire à vélo, face à la guinguette l'été et accès directe à la ville d'Angers avec les bus.

C’est une ancienne maison de pêcheur, rénovée au fil du temps. Sa terrasse surplombe la Loire. La maison, d'une surface de 110 m², se compose d'une cuisine, salle à manger, salon, et de 3 chambres
