Sur les hauteurs du village de La Pointe, cet ancien moulin du 16e siècle transformé en tour néo-gothique au 19e, offre une vue époustouflante sur la confluence de la Maine et de la Loire. A quelques pas, la sympathique Place Ruzebouc, ses cafés et restaurants vous attendent. Angers, son château, ses musées, Terrabotanica sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

Escape on our skidbladnir canoe along the Loire near Angers. Come and spend an unforgettable time in a unique setting surrounded by nature. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset. In winter, a stove is available for your comfort. The table can be converted into a bed for 2 people. The skidbladner is moored to my property where you can park. To get on board, simply access it via the footbridge (please note that access may be difficult depending on the level of the Loire
