The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area.

It is a 3-minute walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the S-Bahn. It is a charming old Berlin apartment that has been ecologically renovated. You'll feel right at home.

It has one bedroom with a double bed and baby bed and a guest room with a fold-out sofa or the children’s room with a bed.
