A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... Hey nice People! I’m Richard and I hope i will give you a beautiful stay in Berlin while I’m out of the city. My place is located in Wilhelmstraße wich makes it incredible accessible to all the great places in the centre of Berlin. Walk to the Brandenburger Tor or checkpoint Charlie in ease . I still recommend to rent a bike! You still have a choice of 4 different Stations that connect you to anywhere in Berlin within 4-10 min walk. So i hope i can make your vacation more comfortable.

Mein Zuhause ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist und vor 5 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, weiteren Küchengeräten uvm. Sie liegt an einem Park mit Teich und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, was sie noch schöner und heller macht! Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man täglich wunderschön vom Wohnzimmer & Balkon aus. Vor kurzem haben wir für das Wohnzimmer einen neuen TV und Teppich gekauft.
