Our host Natasha was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The conditions were perfect - comfortable, clean and artistic) The city left us with unforgettable impressions - it’s truly a magical place. Apartment is located on a charming street full of historic buildings, which added to the special atmosphere of our stay. Not far away we discovered a fantastic cafe «Грифель», but also we had beautiful and tiny front yard where we enjoyed drinking a coffee We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and would definitely love to come back to Mykolaiv .:)

Wonderful place with a wonderful host. We were immediately warned about the temporary lack of some amenities, but we loved the photos so much that we still arrived. Lesya is very hospitable, friendly, kind and caring: she met us, showed us everything, told us, helped to feel comfortable, was always in touch, gladly and enthusiastically answered all questions and requests, recommended interesting places to visit and worried about us during anxieties. The house is located on the same plot with Lesin, in the yard is very beautiful: the landscape design is delightful! You have an aesthetic pleasure. The house has everything you need, and if something is missing, the host will be happy to provide you with everything. The inside is very cozy, quiet and calm. There is a basement. Beautiful design carefully and thought out in detail. Separately, I want to note the impeccable cleanliness everywhere that struck me! I thought there was no one in the house before us, so everything was washed and cleaned. Thank you so much Lesya!

Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Odessa. Quiet secluded location and no crowded . The coast (YACHT complex) is 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes to the city center, near a large shopping center. Hosts are welcoming and very contactable. Shared recommendations for nearby places of interest. All comfortable conditions for your stay have been created. The place is amazing with cleanliness and tidiness, has everything you need and is thought out to the smallest detail, for all occasions. The appliances are working. A large clean courtyard, the possibility of accommodating cars on the territory of the house. The host kindly turned on the generator and lanterns when the light is out. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay and wanting to be your guests more than once!

Very polite and sociable hosts; were constantly in touch and answered all our questions; met us and provided the opportunity to check in at 7 am, so that there were no inconveniences with waiting; when we forgot a personal thing, they immediately called, informed and handed it over at a convenient time for us; the most comfortable location of the apartment - near the shopping center, shops, park, attractions and food establishments. We recommend this apartment and will be happy to visit it again.

Elevation customer orientation!!! We arrived early and were able to check in earlier. The apartment fully corresponds to the photo, very high ceiling and the appearance is very instagrammable. If you really want to feel the Odessa flavor, then you are here!

We stayed here 2nd time, everything was great as our previous visit there.

Felt definitely at home, the host was always one step away to you whatever you need. The checkin went easy and smooth, the host even let us to checkin earlier. The location of the place is right in the center, you can walk almost everywhere. Hope to stay again, strongly suggesting for the ones who’s looking for accommodation.

I didn't actually stay with Napnca but used by Superhost voucher as a way of supporting a fellow host who is in less fortunate circumstances than myself due to the Ukranian war.
