Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Sowi Kamień are two cozy wooden cottages in the mountains with a beautiful, panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains and Rudawy Janowickie. It is an ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet and closeness to nature. Away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, in a quiet place that provides space and comfort. Each house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, has a fenced area, garden, playground and a place for a bonfire. Nearby you will find numerous walking paths, forests, meadows, beautiful views and clean air :-)

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a one-story house with a second upstairs apartment. Both apartments have their own independent entrances. The property is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce, 4 km from Term Cieplice, direction Karpacz, at the height of the reservoir in Sosnówka. Surface: 65 m2, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. From the living room, exit to the patio. Apartment for 2 to 6 people. Plot area 1.5 ha / 0.34hs las. A fire pit.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

Apartment Mały Jelonek (Small Deer) is an unique gem in Cieplice-Zdrój, Jelenia Góra. Placed on steps of Park and Spa Center, it's great location for those who wished for relaxation and walks in nature. There is close access to supermarkets and public buses for those who wished to explore surroundings and other mountain towns in area. We are looking forward to welcome you in our appartment. We invite you to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful interiors. The vast area of the forest park with old apple trees and the comfortable equipment of the house with a sauna, fireplace, billiards and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and unwind away from the crowds.
