There are coconut trees and birds in the yard. The whole yard is surrounded by beautiful frangipani. The breeze blows, the frangipani sways in the wind, and the water in the pool is crystal clear, as if you are in a paradise~ Here you can bring your family on vacation; drink and be merry, very cozy and enjoyable The entire villa is super spacious, beautiful and comfortable, covering an area of 600 square meters. The villa has 2 very spacious living rooms on the first and second floors respectively. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, each bedroom has a 2m wide large bed, very comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower room, 3 of which have bathtubs, and the other 2 bedrooms also have their own shower rooms, providing you with privacy and convenience! Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

Ece is a great host. All the instructions were very clear and every time we have a question, he responds back. The house is amazing and very clean. Exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Very quiet neighbourhood. Amazing Housekeeping service. Every 2 days they come to clean the House. I recommend everyone who comes to Pattaya to stay in this house.

Really cozy apartment. Good condo, there was a terrace on the roof of the building, large and long pool, 24 hour security, the fitness room. The apartment have all the utensils and things I needed. One minus is not very convenient location, the beach road is a 20-minute walk away

A very good place for staycation esp for a family of 3 or 4. All necessary things such as cooking stuff, doing laundry, and ironing are provided. The owner of the unit gives good and quick assistance when you need it. Tourist places are just around the area if you want to roam and do sightseeing. We are definitely going back.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have .
