Beachfront holiday rental in Nabeul Governorate

Mehrez is an amazing host. He solved all my questions/requests on the same day. Also, on the first day of my stay, I asked him to install a cable for work (for the Internet, I needed a LAN cable). Mehrez made an additional hole in the wall on the same day and installed the cable into the apartment. Mehrez also helped organize a transfer from/to airport. The apartments are the best in Hammamet in terms of price/quality/location. Opposite the apartments there is a large hotel with an exit/entrance for employees, you cannot go through it to the beach. It is better to walk to the right to the central entrance, where they will let you in to the sea. And it is even better to go to the La Sirene restaurant and get drinks/food there (sun loungers with umbrellas are free). Nearby, I recommend cafe number 1 - I ROLL, number 2 - The Corner (right at the exit from the apartment), number 3 - The Chef by Boulehia. There is a laundry on the roof. Only moto noise from road was minus for me.

Zoubir, sa fille Dora et son gendre Youssef ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une aide exceptionnelle quand nous leur demandions! Nous 'avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli dans un RBNB c'était vraiment fabuleux ! Je recommande à 200%❤️

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec tout le confort nécessaire. L’emplacement de la maison est parfait de part sa proximité de la belle plage ainsi que le calme du voisinage. Je recommande vivement et je remercie notre hôte monsieur Hefdhi pour son accueil et sa réactivité durant notre séjour 😊 Au plaisir d’y retourner une prochaine fois !

The house was exactly as described, very calm sourroundings with a cosy touch, where you can enjoy a calm stay whether with friends or family, it felt just like home. A mix between mountaneous and beach views made the stay more pleasant and peaceful. Afif and his son were always reachable and helpful. Their friendly and caring attitude made us more comfortable during our stay. Certainly recommend it and will for sure come back again 😊😊

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

Airbnb exceptionnel ! Zied est extrêmement disponible et très arrangeant. Son père était là pour nous accueillir et faire en sorte que tout se passe au mieux. Honnêtement l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu louer en terme de rapport qualité prix. Seul petit point d’amélioration: l’eau chaude au panneau solaire ne marchait pas trop et les draps ne paraissaient pas forcément très propres ! La cuisinière recommandée par Zied était top aussi ! Sinon le grand plus est la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes et les nombreuses activités possibles dans la villa. Je ne peux que recommander Zied et sa famille que je remercie infiniment au passage ! :D

Les quelques jours chez Sarah se sont très bien passés. L'appartement était propre, spacieux, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Sarah s'est montré arrangeante, réactive et sympathique :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leila's beautiful beachfront house—a true piece of heaven perfect for a family retreat. The house, with its expansive garden and direct beach access, provided the ideal setting for us to unwind and spend quality time together. From the booking process to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

Notre séjour A Nabeule a été fantastique zied et son frère Sofien ont été formidables La maison est magnifique Avec une superbe piscine Nous sommes Plus que c'est ravie d'avoir pris ce RBNB Ils ont été présents pour nous durant notre séjour de 15 jours Ils sont complètement disponibles et très agréables Sofien nous a aiguillé sur toutes les bonnes adresses des restaurants et les endroits à aller visiter. Je conseille vivement ce petit coin de paradis Tout a été au-dessus de nos attentes Karine et Sabine

Maison très agréable dans l'ensemble avec sa piscine le plus de la maison. Dans un quartier calme. A 15 min à pied de la plage et des commerces. Même si vous avez des petites soucis sur le logement a votre arrivée, Khadija fera le nécessaire pour le régler et dès le lendemain matin se sera régler. Je conseille ce logement vous y passerez de belles vacances.

Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Youssef. Il est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et pas avide de conseils. L‘appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Nous avions à dispostion tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le quartier est calme (à l‘exception de quelques chiens errants, qui parfoit font un peu de bruit), on y vit agréablement. A recommander!

Nous venons de quitter aujourd'hui une magnifique villa de haut standing. Tout y est absolument parfait : la propreté, les équipements, et le confort sont irréprochables. L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute à pied de la plus belle plage de Tunisie, classée 7ème au niveau mondial. Je recommande vivement cette villa de luxe où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, avec des climatiseurs dans toutes les pièces, y compris le salon. Un grand merci à Monsieur Radhouane, toujours disponible pour répondre à la moindre question

This apartment is a real gem, very well located, few minutes to beach, grocery and cafes. We were amazed how clean and tastefully decorated. Chokri the host was very accommodating, always available and assertive. Totally recommend the place without a doubt.

Très agréable séjour chez Meher à l'occasion d'un mariage familial à Tunis. Le logement était très bien, propre, bien équipé et bien situé. La communication avec Meher a été très facile et spontanée et avec une très bonne réactivité. Merci pour tout. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Logement très bien situé, à deux pas de la mer, avec une belle vue. Plusieurs parkings gratuits se trouvent à proximité. La sœur de Leila nous a accueilli chaleureusement, et s’est montrée très disponible et serviable tout au long du séjour. Je recommande !

Nous avons fait une petite escapade en famille au bord de la mer. Tout s’est très bien passé, le logement était impeccable et la mer juste à côté. L’environnement sera plus agréable une fois les travaux terminé dans les maisons aux alentours. Ce sera le cas peut-être pour notre prochaine visite.
