Situated at the edge of the village just a few steps away from rolling meadows and superb coniferous forest: excellent network of trails for hiking, mountain biking and e-biking on the doorstep; lakes for bathing within easy reach plus a wide range of other pursuits, both active and cultural. Parking space + guest garage on the property.

The apartment in Neusorg is located on the slope of the beautiful southern Fichtel Mountains. The idyllic Steinwald Nature Park also borders directly on it. Vacationers who like to play sports will find excellent winter sports facilities, well-marked hiking trails, bike paths and swimming pools in the immediate vicinity. Other wonderful leisure opportunities for all ages, as well as lookout towers, natural monuments, castles and ruins are also available in the surrounding area.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

The accommodation is very spacious and is in a quiet location surrounded by chickens, sheep, horses, llamas and alpacas. Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure activities nearby. Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The studio is very suitable for short-term stays. It is very nice near the forest and is very suitable for hiking and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, please note that the studio only has a toilet; a shower or bathtub is not available.

Perfect for hikers and nature lovers: Right outside the front door you can go hiking on the Rauher Kulm or in the Fichtel Mountains. The ideal stopover for vacationers passing through. Also welcome for tradesmen or fitters. Bed linen and towels are included per guest. For groups of 5 or more, 2 must sleep on the sofa bed.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!

Forest Hideout

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
