It is a private pension with a total size of 50 pyeong, a spacious living room, an indoor barbecue room, a 10-minute walk from the sea, and a 600-pyeong lot. Standard number of people 10 people (up to 20 people, can be booked after consultation). There is an additional fee of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. After you arrive, please. If you book for more than 2 consecutive nights, the additional charge for the number of people is only the first day. This is a private pension like a villa used by a team of one pension house (1st and 2nd floors). A total of 3 queen beds and double beds in each room. Mattress bedding is prepared in the attic-type ondol room with a two-story duplex structure (air conditioning in each room). It is a private house that can be enjoyed in one space by a large number of people, such as a family gathering workshop. Only one team is used. Please enjoy the barbecue (barbecue room in winter, rainy season) and campfire in the cozy garden. Please enjoy karaoke on the large TV in the vast living room. It is 3 minutes to Josan Beach, 5 minutes to Naksan Beach, 15 minutes to Sokcho, 10 minutes to Daepo Port, and 5 minutes to Solbi Sol Resort by car.

You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

It is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is occupied by parents, and the accommodation is operated as a single-family house on the second floor. You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face. You can freely use the barbecue, yard, fountain, terrace, etc. Since my parents are living here, I can respond immediately to any inconvenience or request. Although it is a rural area, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached by car within 20 minutes.(Sokcho Beach 15 minutes, Mulchi Beach 6 minutes, Hanaro Mart 6 minutes, Sokcho E-Mart 15 minutes, Seoraksan Cable Car 15 minutes, Naksan Temple 10 minutes, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 KRW when using a barbecue or a pot lid. Charcoal, firewood, torch, grill, etc. are all prepared, so you only need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so if you want to eat simply, you can use the burner and griddle.
