Located in the beautiful historic town of Nairn, in a quiet street less than 100m away from stunning beaches. Perfect spot to explore the Highlands & its rich history, relax on the beach & spot dolphins or play golf! Conveniently situated approx. 10 miles from Inverness airport, it is walkable distance to Nairn High St. You’ll enjoy my cottage, it has been lovingly renovated & is very cosy. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families. Pets also welcome (£20 fee)!

Inverwick Cottage is newly refurbished and ideally situated in the west end of Nairn being only 2 minutes walk from the beach, with sea views. Nairn offers wonderful beaches and a wide range of attractions including championship golf courses, a marina, swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and an art gallery. Amenities like supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants are all within a short walk. The cottage is 15 minutes drive from Inverness airport and provides a great base to explore the Highlands.

Ideal for families & exploring the Scottish Highlands, it is in easy reach of historic sites like Cawdor Castle, Brodie, Culloden & Fort George, & natural wonders like Loch Ness & the Cairngorms. On the Moray Firth, famous for its dolphins & some of the best beaches in Scotland, with Culbin forest & Findhorn bay nearby, Nairn boasts two championship golf courses, one just yards from the cottage. This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms
Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Whilst the immediate surroundings will temp you out, the beautifully refurbished cottage will also temp you back.

Nestled just off the high street in a quiet private garden. Walking distance to beautiful forests and biking trails. The River Spey is close too for a wild swim. Ideal spot for adventurers or rest! The Bothy has a wood burner to create a special romantic atmosphere or perhaps a solo restful retreat. The single day bed pulls out to create a double bed. There is a table to have meals at or work away from home. Lots of local delicious food & coffee spots to explore nearby.

The East Coast Village that faces West
We welcome you to our guest flat which is attached to our home in Portmahomack. We are a sand dune away from a safe beach and coastal walks where you may be lucky and see otters, seals and some of the Moray Firth dolphins.The village has a golf course with a hospitable clubhouse And a fascinating museum the TARBAT DISCOVERY CENTRE whose website is well worth a look at. The general store has a good choice of foodstuffs which you can cook in our well equipped kitchen.

Meikle Kildrummie dates back to 1670. Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.
