Luxury cottage with sea view, beach and annex

Cottage with sea view for 1 or 2 families, as the house has a large separate annex with its own shower and toilet. Just a stone's throw from the delicious beach you will find our newly built summerhouse where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is scenic next to the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is ample opportunity for wonderful nature experiences. Only a short bike ride away you will find Rørvig City with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

Right between Isefjorden and Kattegat there is Rørvig and here is my house and my annex, which I rent out. The annex has its own entrance, its own terrace and its own shower and toilet. Here it is possible to get away from everyday life and enjoy the tranquility and all the wonderful experiences that exist right outside the door. A little down a dead end road, a little away from the noise from the cars on Møllebakken you will find my annex. It's a small apartment with everything you need for a few days Get away to lovely Rørvig.

Welcome to my cozy summerhouse in the butter hole between Rørvig and Nykøbing Sjælland. ☀️ On the large green🌳 plot you will experience getting sun☀️ from morning to evening as well as having 2000 sqm to get loose. The location is top notch with forest, grocery store, beach, street food, mini golf, inn and bus stop within 500 meters - it also means that the central location gives you the opportunity to always have an extra glass of wine🍷 for the food no matter what you want to spend the evening.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte oase. Huset er til ca. 6 personer. Der er 3 værelser: 1 værelse med dobbeltseng ( 140 cm) 2 værelser med en enkelt seng, der kan slås ud til dobbeltseng ( 2 x 80x200 cm. Der er dyner og hovedpuder til 6 Pers. Der er et badeværelse/toilet. Køkken i forbindelse med dejlig stue med brændeovn. Der er et dejligt udendørs terrasseområde og grunden er en stor naturgrund på 2.000 kvm. ( grunden er ikke indhegnet). Ligger som sidste hus på en blind vej.

Nyrenoveret sommerhus på 131 m2, på lille lukket grusvej i roligt sommerhus område. Stor næsten helt aflukket, ugenert grund med sol hele dagen. Mulighed for boldspil, kroket m.m. Huset har en vidunderlig stor stue med masser af lysindfald og udgang til solgården. Stuen ligger i direkte forbindelse med spiseplads og køkken. Her er plads til alle uanset om vil lægge et puslespil eller læse, lege eller se tv. De to af værelserne ligger ud til egen fordelingsgang med skydedøre til solgården.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Simple living, cabin in wild, peaceful nature

Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.

The Cabin is very unique and beautiful. The interior is completely wooden. The house has three bedrooms . Two small rooms with 140cm beds and one big bedroom with 180cm bed. The house has an amazing hot tub, warming up the water by actual fire, the great smell of burning wood makes the whole experience even better. Please keep in mind that sheets and towels are not included but Sofie was very kind to provide that for us. We recommend Sofie as a host and the house as a great destination.

We had a really good 1-day stay at Gitte's home. In general, everything was nice and clean. Plenty of space and we were lucky with the weather. The house had all the different things we needed. The only thing we missed was a little more information in relation to, for example, barbecue options, check-in, etc. However, all things were answered quickly when I asked about them. The house is clearly a rental cottage and it also bears a little mark in relation to wear and tear, etc. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Although the house is close to the main road, it is not a nuisance, as the house is located between the road and the garden, so you do not notice the traffic.

Janne’s home was wonderful! It was even bigger than it looks in the photos, had all the amenities we could imagine, had tons of toys and games for the kids to play with, inside and out, is surrounded by gorgeous nature and a short walk to the beautiful coastline. She was a kind and responsive host and we’d gladly visit again.

Just like last year, we enjoyed our stay at the summer house of Christian and Ksenia again! It secretly felt a bit like coming home. The peace in the summer house and immediate surroundings that is really indescribable. The house has everything you'll need, equipped with every comfort. Outside you can only hear the birds and nature. Beautiful surroundings.. At a 2-minute walk you have the water where we stayed again daily. Both we and the kids were able to recharge our batteries. More than enough possibilities for the kids to play outside. Always reach Christian and Ksenia and incredibly friendly. Hopefully until next year. Best wishes & thank you very much

Unique year-round home in 1st row to the water

We stayed for 6 lovely June summer days and enjoyed the morning and afternoon sun on the balcony with magnificent views of the fjord with the west coast of North Zealand on the horizon. We went for a morning swim from Nordstrand (10 min by car north) and one day in the fjord at Sandskredet (15 min by car south), where there was less wind. We visited Anneberg Park for 4 days (food market, long table dinner, forest walk and Michelin restaurant Mota). Please note that the accommodation is on three floors with stairs from the kitchen/living room down to the bathroom and up to the bedroom. And that some ceiling beams and the exit door in the bathroom have been lowered. And be careful when the car is going out on the road from the parking space next to the home. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed dinner in the evening sun down in the garden chairs right next to the water.

We have had a wonderful weekend in Morten's house. The many seating and cozy corners both inside and outside invite to a lot of socializing and relaxation, just as the garden's interior offers something for both large and small! We were especially happy with the covered terrace, which was used as the primary living room! We also enjoyed the short distance to the beach! Communication with Morten was easy and straightforward, both in relation to check-in/check-out, the house and the area! Nice house that we would like to visit again!
