Guests can enjoy the Charente countryside, as paths are directly accessible on foot or by mountain bike. The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

Charming house with amazing views in the heart of the village. Small haven of peace and very quiet. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation with our Professional SPA (children are not allowed). We provide a small inflatable pool for the little ones. The owners are attached to the cottage. We invite you to discover our range of rum-based "Gastronomic Spirits" through a tasting if we are present.
