Everything as shown! If you want peace, quiet and relaxation with nice kitchen, grill and nice restaurants within 20 to 40 min, this is a GREAT place. The views are beautiful 24/7 & responsive host. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

The black sand house is one of a kind. We spend the second half of our honeymoon staying in the home and will not soon forget the views, the charming town, and the serenity of the natural surroundings. Susana and Rita were delightful hosts. So impressed by their friendliness and great communication. They welcomed us with delicious local goodies and a bottle of wine. Truly felt like a luxury experience. We hope to be back one day!

We had our family vacation here where we re-connected - for the first time all as adults - our family from across Canada and Switzerland. We had many laughs and great memories here. The BBQ was amazing, there was plenty of space and we had nightly family dinners (and daily pool parties!) Filipa and her family was very helpful and responsive - ready to come clean the BBQ, clean the pool or just check in on how we were doing :) Location was great and close enough to supermarkets, beaches, and coffee shops (with a car) Thank you for allowing us to create these memories in the beautiful Algarve

Our brief stay at Shahram’s place was wonderful. The place is quietly tucked away at the back of a large lot where deer graze on the evening hours. The space was ample in size, has many common amenities that helped us feel right at home. Shahram was very communicative and flexible which really helped us relax. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved spending one week at Elisenda’s place. The house is wonderful and 100% like in the pictures. Elisenda was very responsive and assisted us with any concern we had. I’d definitely love to go back.

Stunning place, nice and peaceful nothing around amazing for chill out time, but only few minutes drive to local show. Monica was amazing and very responsive to everything g we needed will definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect — just a short walk to an adorable local market where we picked up fresh ingredients and snacks each day. We were also within easy walking distance to a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea without having to plan a full day trip. The bus stop was very close by, and it was just a few quick stops to reach downtown Sorrento. The property had a lovely farm-like feel, with peaceful surroundings and a charming, rustic atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. It was the perfect mix of nature, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

The home was perfect to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sorrento. The home is well landed out for two couples to have privacy. We didn’t enjoy the hot tub due to it not being completely clean and temperature was not warm. If back in Sorrento we will definitely rebook this beautiful home.

Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor space. The pool is huge and clean. Lots of pool floats and toys to play with as well. The beds are pretty comfortable with microfiber sheets and comforters. There is a crib in the master bedroom. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The hottub is turned off during the day, not sure what time it is turned on, and is set to turn off at 10pm. So that seemed to be tricky but Lam would turn on as soon as I asked. The thermostat seemed to be raised during the daytime hours as well. Bring your own throw blankets. With that said we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely home.

Das Ferienhaus und der super angelegte und gepflegte Garten hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an umgehauen. Das Beste ist natürlich der unbeschreibliche Blick, aber auch das Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen im Urlaub benötigt. Man sollte vorher einkaufen gehen und auch Trinkwasser mitbringen. Im Pool schwimmen mit der Aussicht ist grandios. Und wenn man ganz früh aufsteht, erlebt man einen unvergesslichen Sonnenaufgang. Eigentlich wollten wir noch ein bisschen die Gegend erkunden, aber dann haben wir uns lieber im Garten erholt und entspannt. Alexandra hat uns bei der Ankunft begrüßt und sie war herzlich und super sympathisch. Es war eine Wohltat, nach einer Rundreise durch Sizilien wieder mal ein paar Worte auf Deutsch zu sprechen. Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

Very comfortable and attractive home! Walking distance to king street allowed easy access to shopping and dining. Very clean inside the Airbnb and pool. Extremely good communication from our host any issues or questions we had received a response in about 5-10 minutes despite time of day. Made for an extremely enjoyable stay for our honeymoon!

A house that feels like a home. The house is beautiful, has a warm interior with beautiful furniture, and kitchen with everything you could want. The very large surrounding gardens are very private with lots of biodiversity and there are so many activities. The surrounding villages have many super markets and the restaurants serve authentic food. We would love to come back

Our stay at this villa was truly unbelievable! From the moment we booked it, we were made to feel welcome and the personal welcome at the villa to walk through and explain how everything works was a great touch. The location is great, walking distance to many amenities but far way enough that you do not get disturbed. There are no words to describe how impressive this villa was, all details have been thoroughly thought through and there is everything you need. The pool was great and had enough room to play in. Overall, could not recommend this villa more, everything was exceptional from start to finish!

Adrian was a wonderful host, so accommodating and helpful. The villa is stunning and has everything you need for a brilliant holiday in Lanzarote. It was perfectly clean, very comfortable and the pool and views are incredible! Not to mention the games room (which went down very well with the kids). Would highly recommend staying here as it’s perfectly located for some peace and quiet but still within a short walk to restaurants and shops. We would love to go back! :)

Amazing architecture!!! Very comfortable rooms each with a bathroom. Comes with a grounds keeper and a housekeeper who are very helpful. My son needed a button down on his shirt which was taken care of. We needed laundry done which housekeeper was happy to help with. My wife and daughter needed blowout/brushing which was available at a spa 6 minutes away. My entire family enjoyed the stay!! We will definitely return!

The Villa is an amazing place to stay. Really nice and chilled. When the sun goes down on an evening, its magic. Such a beautiful view, it never gets old. Getting to sleep is no problem as it is very quiet and the beds are very comfy. Me and my wife had lots of fun in the pool with our son. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area. The area is residential but you can walk to a few very good restaurants in 15 minutes. Luis was always helpful with all of our needs and has been great from start to finish. Thanks for having us.

Serene place sourrounded by vast nothingness and the endless views of the ocean. Stylishly designed and furnished. Moroccan with European twist. Literally every single room has a view all the way from the bed…and sometimes even both bathroom and the toilet ;) Plenty of space to gather. Pool area with deckchairs, gazebo with table percect for dining under the stars, spacious dining table at the kitchen and massive living room with wood burning fire-place. Perfect both for couples like us, looking for bit more space and some peace and quiet and larger groups. As anything can be organised. Drivers, kite and surfing lessons, yoga, cooking on site. Heated pool was a bonus we did not expect. So were the shutters and darkening shades in most of the bedrooms - great sleep at night. Overall : simply amazing! The only downside is that everywhere is a quite a drive so own car is certainly recommended but this is the price to be paid for silence and privacy. Will come back for sure!
