I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

In all my years on Airbnb.. THIS HAS BEEN MY MOST FAVORITE RENTAL EVER!! The host is INCREDIBLE, KIND & CARING(also quick responses)!! The home is just like the photos, actually better!!!(CLEAN & NEW!) I LOVED IT & never wanted to leave!! My friends and I booked a girls trip here for 2 days, and it was absolutely amazing! We felt right at home, and the Airbnb was in pristine condition! Definitely utilize the pool when you book here, it was incredible.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

My Husband and I loved our stay at Monica’s place! He’s not even one for “aesthetics” but kept mentioning how it looked “even cuter than the pictures!” It was just what we needed for the night! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Each morning we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the lovely birds. We would stay here again, highly recommended it.

We went down for a concert and had a blast. Corey was a great host & accommodated us immensely. Cool pad and a great location to stay for events in the city. Would definitely stay again. Street parking is limited but free at certain times. Added expense of $20/day at the parking deck across the street. Lots of beggars around.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated and offers stunning views of the ocean. Importantly, it is a very short, peaceful walk to the ocean. We just arrived home and cannot wait to return again!!

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

spacious, everything felt new and clean, the views were incredible, easy access to the beach. Loved it!

We stayed here with our 9 month old son and it was perfect. Because it was so conveniently located to the beach and pool it wasn’t a big deal if our baby only lasted 20 minutes at either. This alone made it well worth our stay because it was stress free! The pack and play they had there worked great (but bring your own sheet) and we brought our own high chair. The place itself is spacious, beautiful, clean, and the balcony patio is fantastic. I would do Pilates on the balcony, spend evenings out there, and read during nap times. Another huge perk! Overall, we will recommend this to our family and friends and come back!

Very clean and a good place to stay with your family. Very nice pool and hot tub, the gym equipment was a plus. Beds were comfortable and host is very friendly and communicative.

This stay was very cozy and quaint. The space was cute and homey. The best thing was the beds. I suffered a back injury while in town and if you’ve ever dealt with back pain you know it’s important to have a nice bed and this place delivered. I also loved the added fans in the room. I need some noise to sleep and this helped tremendously!

beautiful home! our check in was delayed due to last renter not respecting home. but owner was communicating the entire time. a few things needed attention but it wasn’t the owners fault, he could have canceled stay and fixed all the damage but he didn’t and allowed us to stay. He was fast to respond to all messages and all concern were resolved with no issues. we will definitely be renting again when we come back next year!

Wonderful stay! Rented this unit for a month because my mom had a series of treatments at the Mayo Clinic. It was perfect for her and my dad as she recovered. The unit looked just like the photos, was very clean, and well-stocked. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would 100% recommend. This will be our go-to if we find ourselves in Jacksonville again!

Without a doubt, this was one of the best Airbnb houses that we have stayed in. Not only was check in and check out beyond easy, all of our interactions with Brian were great! He was quick to respond & set us up for a perfect week! The house is AMAZING! Even with the beach blocks away, we found ourselves at the house more than we expected. The pool was amazing along with the backyard activities. We traveled with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The house is spacious with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. One of the greatest parts was how well stocked the house was. The kitchen was amazing. It was definitely the most stocked kitchen that we’ve seen. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Brian!
