This spot includes a private parking spot and a private yard. Yours to enjoy are a very comfortable queen bed, TV in bedroom, Fast WiFi, and a well stocked kitchenette. There are also two canyon hikes within a 2 minute walk with views of downtown for sunset.

If there a pet is present in the apartment, then there will be a $100 penalty.

The bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress and sleeps 2, the new couch can sleep another and a queen air mattress in the closet. There is also a full bed folding couch
